for ready-to-ship items: please allow up to 3 business days to ship your item. returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, refundable for store credit only. item must be unused in original condition.

for made-to-order items: please allow up to 14 business days to make your item. exchanges due to sizing may be subject to a restocking fee in order to remake the item in the correct size. returns are refundable for store credit only.

custom made-to-order items are final sale.
